1858 Pattern Flying Eagle Cent. Judd-191, Pollock-233. Rarity-5. Proof-64 (PCGS). Eagle Eye Photo Seal. The obverse exhibits the same design that the mint used to strike regular issue 1858 Flying Eagle Cents of the Small Letters hub variety. The reverse exhibits the denomination ONE CENT surrounded by a laurel wreath comprised of five-leaf clusters. Struck in copper-nickel with a plan edge.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A fully struck near-Gem with pretty tan-apricot color and traces of semi brilliance shining forth from the fields.
