Lot Description
Original pewter gray surfaces that have retained a large amount of crisp luster. Hair curls on top of Liberty's forehead are well struck and devoid of wear. The fields are exceptionally clean with only an extremely faint curved hairline scratch beginning from the space between stars 3 and 4. Light rub is found on the forehead, cheeks and lower drapery. The overdate is very strong. Feather and eagle detail on the reverse is outstanding! No scratches or marks are to be found and the coloration is a choice blend of champagne and antique gray. The entire coin is well centered and choice for the grade.
