Noted to be a mint error by PCGS, which refers to the very tiny planchet flaw which appears on the rim below the date, with the balance of the coin attractive and quite desirable. Boldly struck for an 1800 half dime, with strong curls on Liberty and the eagle's wing feathers all crisp along with the lettering. Toned in pleasing light golden-gray hue with traces of russet outlining the devices and rims. Struck from clashed dies with the eagle's wing outlined before Liberty's throat and her bust in the cloud field above the eagle. One trivial scuff on Liberty's neck serves to identify this attractive coin.
