1803 Draped Bust Half Dime. V-3, LM-1. Rarity-6. Small 8. VF-30 (PCGS). Steel-gray toning overall. Violet accents on the high points&nbsp;deepen to royal blue in the fields. Pronounced rim cud at 5:00 on the obverse. The strike is about average showing bold detail definition in some areas and softness in others. Most other known examples of this die pairing are low-grade and damaged pieces.&nbsp;LM-1 ranks as one of the most coveted all early dime varieties.<br />
