This is a bright, satiny near-Gem with full mint bloom to both sides. The obverse is untoned apart from blushes of antique-copper patina along the upper-right border, and it allows ready appreciation of semi-reflective tendencies in the field. The reverse is more extensively toned, although considerable silvery brilliance is still evident among mottled copper-apricot and olive-gray patina. There are no abrasions of note, and a virtually full strike is a particularly noteworthy attribute in an example of the often poorly produced 1919-S Dime.
