Lot Description
1921-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar. EF-40 (PCGS). Pale champagne-gray with retained luster in the protected areas. Devoid of marks that attract the unassisted eye. The key to the series in in EF or finer, at least where value is concerned. Though its mintage of 548,000 pieces is not the lowest in the series -- that honor goes to its Denver Mint counterpart of the year -- the date was sent into commerce en masse, and today's survivors are more apt to be well-worn AG to VG coins than anything else. Choice for the grade.
