Lot Description
1863 Seated Liberty Silver Dollar. Proof-64 (PCGS). Rich, uniform lilac gray surfaces come alive with fiery electric blue and rose iridescence under a bright light source. The fields are highly reflective and the devices frosty though the attractive toning tends to diminish the cameo contrast. From a proof mintage for the date of just 460 pieces, the lowest such production run in the series after the proof-only 1858 issue. Don't let this opportunity slip away.
