1879 $1 MS66+ NGC. CAC. A stunning Premium Gem, this piece approaches the finest 1879 Morgan dollars ever certified. PCGS has only graded one Superb Gem and NGC has only graded five such coins (7/13). Both sides have frosty silver luster with brilliant and untoned surfaces. A few faint luster grazes turn dark at certain light angles.
