Here is a pleasing coin for the grade, one that rivals many of the MS-63 Morgan dollars in today's numismatic marketplace. The strike is crisp for the date, the luster is broadly sweeping on both sides, and a lively sheen of pale champagne-gold endorses the coin throughout. Just 110,000 Morgan dollars were produced in Philadelphia in 1894, making for an elusive date and representing the lowest production run of the series from the Mother Mint. Choice for the grade.
