Lot Description
1894 Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-61 (PCGS). CAC. Brilliant and lustrous. Most design features are sharp save for the eagle's phalanges and a few strands of hair above Liberty's ear. Notable for having the third lowest mintage in the Morgan Dollar series after the 1895 and 1893-S. The 1894 ranks as one of the scarcest Philadelphia Mint Morgan Dollars, and it's doubtful than more than 2,000-3,000 uncirculated specimens could be accounted for today.
