Jaime Hernandez: The 2003-D Maine State Quarter was officially released by the U.S. Mint on June 02, 2003. It is also the 23rd quarter design issued in the U.S. States Quarters Program. Examples in MS66 condition or higher are very easy to obtain. Only in MS67 condition do they begin to be scarce. Anything grading higher than MS67 is very scarce to rare.
