Jaime Hernandez: The 2002-P Lincoln Cent is easily obtainable as the U.S. Mint struck over 3.2 billion examples. Coins grading MS67 or lower are fairly easy to find. In MS68 condition they are scarce but enough examples exist in this grade to keep prices reasonable. Anything grading higher than MS69 is rare and worth a huge premium over MS69 coins.
