Jaime Hernandez: The 1960 Proof Roosevelt Dime appears to be common in most  grades up to about PR69 with a non Cameo or Deep Cameo designation. With a Cameo designation it seems to be scarce in PR68 Cameo or higher. With a Deep Cameo designation it is scarce in about PR67 Deep Cameo condition and higher. In 69 Deep Cameo it is very scarce and no more than a couple hundred examples are known.
