Jaime Hernandez: The 1999-S Proof Jefferson Nickel came well struck for the most part. Examples in PR68-PR69 Deep Cameo appear to be easy to find. In perfect PR70 Deep Cameo they are scarcer but enough examples exist that most collectors should be able to afford one.
