Jaime Hernandez: The 1991-1995-D World War Ii Silver Dollar was actually issued in 1993 despite having the 1991-1995 dates on the coin. The coins were issued to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of World War II.

Obverse: The obverse of the coin shows a soldier in battle on the Normandy Shores of June 06, 1944 or the D-Day.

Reverse: The reverse has the inscriptions, "United States of America, One Dollar" and "I have Full Confidence in Your Courage, Devotion to Duty and Skill in Battle. We Will Accept Nothing Less than Full Victory!"
