Jaime Hernandez: The 2004-W Proof Silver Eagle has one of the higher mintages in the Proof Silver Eagles series. Examples up to about PR69 Deep Cameo are fairly common. Proof 70 Deep Cameo examples are scarcer but more than enough examples have been graded that they can easily be purchased at an inexpensive price.
